RR Royalty is a loyalty programme initiated to celebrate all Royalties! Earn points when you spend and get rewarded based on your tiers.

The RR Royalty Program will begin on 1st September 2022.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled in the RR Royalty Programme.

You will earn points from every purchase that you make on Rizman Ruzaini’s website. RM1 = 10 points. The more you spend, the more points you will earn.

Select the page called Royalty. Here you'll see all the reward levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for vouchers which you can use at checkout.

Yes! As of now, the expiry date or time limit for redeeming your points is every 12 months. Any points accumulated have a 12 months expiry from the moment it is credited to your account.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to use vouchers with any other products that are already being discounted.

You will be upgraded to a higher tier based on the amount that you have spent. Members will be notified through email when they’ve moved up a tier!

No, rewards that have been redeemed are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued as it has been considered redeemed.

Unfortunately, your points will automatically be cancelled based on the order.

You will get to use your points 7 days from your purchase.

Your points will be credited to your account, once you have received your order.

You can redeem your points and get 2x the rewards from 1st December - 31st December.

As of right now, Royalty Programme qualification for the tiers is lifetime accumulated points. *However points collected need to be utilized within 12 months for rewards redemption.

Birthday Gift
Royalties of all tiers will receive birthday points while Platinum & Black members will receive an additional special birthday gift!

Physical Member card
Royalties will receive an exclusive membership card from RIZMAN RUZAINI, different cards based on different tiers. The cards are to be shipped by January 2022.

New Tier Bonus Points
Royalties will receive bonus points whenever they have upgraded to a new tier. Platinum Tier will receive 300 points and Black Tier will receive 500 points.

Monthly Lucky Draw
A lucky Royal from each of the included tiers will have a chance to be chosen and will receive an exclusive package from RIZMAN RUZAINI.

Early Access to Sale
Royalties will have an early access to any Sales that RIZMAN RUZAINI will have.

Free Shipping Nationwide
Royalties will be eligible to receive free shipping with any purchase, in the form of voucher code, that has no expiry. However, at check-out, only 1 voucher code is applicable at a time.

Fashion Show Invitation
A lucky Royal from the tier Platinum and Black will be chosen at random and receive an exclusive invitation to RIZMAN RUZAINI’s fashion show.

Annual Dinner Invitation
A lucky Royal from the tier Black will be chosen at random and receive an exclusive invitation to RIZMAN RUZAINI’S annual dinner.
